My bedroom TV was a mess, with three remotes, no bluetooth, poor sound and a monitor that teetered on top of the wall unit.

First, Chuck asked a lot of questions about what devices we used and what we expected, then explained options, recommended a universal remote, stabilized the monitor and then put the components together as a streamlined experience. A week later, when the remote no longer controlled the sound bar, Chuck came over, quickly established the source of the problem (the sound bar, not the remote) and squared it away.

Chuck's an excellent craftsman and knows electronics. He also realizes how important it is to ask questions about what the customer wants, needs and expects. He's very appropriate and reasonable on pricing as well.
